WHY SHOULD I TAKE THIS COURSE?

By successfully completing this state-mandated 20-hour course you will have fulfilled one of the main hurdles that stand between you and your ability to get your driver’s license reinstated. Georgia law requires that everyone who gets arrested for Driving Under the Influence (DUI) must take the DUI/Risk Reduction Course through a school certified by the Department of Driver Services (DDS).  This is true whether the substance causing the impairment was alcohol, marijuana or a prescription sleeping medicine.
